The Ideate Conference was launched in 2015 as an end-of-semester event for the School of Web Design & New Media students, connecting them with industry leaders and alumni. Ideate 2018--through guest speakers Shravan Hegde of Argonaut, Rochelle Stephens of Heat, Jessica West of Amazon, Thomas Murphy of Palo Alton Networks, and Angela Alarcon of Ancestry, among others--shed light on how to build a professional network, how to ace an interview, navigating your first job, and how to find the right company for you.
